Shipping + Return Policy

SHIPPING/POSTAGE:

Order processing times:  All orders will be processed within 3 days. You will recieve email updates as we fill and post your order. Once your items have shipped you will recieve your tracking number via email.

Express postage does not mean your order will be rushed, express post means your order will be delivered to you faster by Australia Post. 

All postage is calculated at check out.

PICK UP! - Absolutely - just select PICKUP at checkout and postage will be deducted.

NOTE: Australia Post is experiencing massive delays due to covid19. Please understand I can not be responsible for these unforeseen postage delays.

RETURNS & REFUNDS:

Please note due to health and hygiene regulations you can not return your earrings.  If they are faulty please contact me to discuss further, you will need to return your faulty jewellery to be assessed. We can not be responsible for the mistreating of your jewellery. 

Buying hand made means you are buying a unique piece made by hand.  There will always be slight variances and imperfections.
